Prices are displayed inclusive of Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) for Australian customers. Audit&Fix is registered for GST. International customers are not charged GST. You are responsible for any other taxes applicable in your jurisdiction (VAT, sales tax, etc.).

We can only analyse websites that are publicly accessible (not password-protected, private, or offline) and not designed to harm users or violate laws. If your website does not meet these requirements, see Section 5 (Refunds).

If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

As our reports are digital content delivered within the refund period, we begin processing immediately upon payment. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this does not affect your money-back guarantee rights described above.

All content on www.auditandfix.com (text, graphics, logos, software, methodology) is owned by Audit&Fix and protected by Australian copyright law (Copyright Act 1968) and international treaties. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EVERY RECOMMENDATION WILL BE APPLICABLE TO YOUR SPECIFIC BUSINESS CIRCUMSTANCES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE INCREASED CONVERSIONS, REVENUE, OR ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME FROM IMPLEMENTING OUR RECOMMENDATIONS.

If you are purchasing as a business (not as a consumer under applicable law), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audit&Fix from reasonable, documented claims and expenses directly arising from your material violation of these Terms or your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. This clause does not apply to the extent prohibited by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If you are a sole trader or individual purchasing for mixed personal/business purposes, this clause applies only to the business portion of your use.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales. Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us and negotiating in good faith for 30 days. Nothing in this clause affects any non-excludable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

UK customers may also refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution provider or the UK courts, in accordance with their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason or to discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Outstanding orders will be fulfilled or refunded.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Audit&Fix regarding the Service. This clause does not exclude liability for pre-contractual statements made by Audit&Fix on which you reasonably relied.
